I recently went to a talk given by the first brothers from the UK to summit Mt Everest together, Tom and Ben Clowes http://www.tomclowes.com

It was an excellent talk and at the heart of it was the desire to attempt to fulfil a lifetime dream, and doing so in the knowledge that if they failed then at least they tried.

So as I come to the end of a busy year I wonder what dreams of mine have been postponed once again, due to being too busy.

I am going to put a few markers in the diary for things I want to do next year. I have not decided exactly what they are and as soon as I have identified them, I shall announce them here and keep you informed of my progress.
